There Is No Way!

How Can It Be!?

The Story

It's the end of the school year. I still haven't accepted the fact that I am a teacher! How can it possibly be that I am almost done with my first year of my lifelong career

The Problem

Is there an actual problem, no, but it is mind boggling! Today I had a student tell me that this was her favorite year in school and how thankful she was to have me as a teacher. To which I sobbed about, naturally, but this is only the beginning! Tonight we have our end of the school year program where I basically say 'good-bye' to all of my students. These children have no idea the footprints they left on my heart. They will forever be my First Year Students and I will never forget them, yes, even the difficult ones.

The Solution

Since there is no problem, there is no solution. However, I will continue to work to better my teaching, my career, my life and my future students lives. I am already looking forward for next year and bigger and better activities, lessons and the blessings they are. The bible says:

Acts 20:24
But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

This is my calling, this is my ministry, this is how I spread the gospel of God.
May the good Lord love and bless you all!

Fashion Fun!

Love my new scarf from my dearest friend! I paired it with tan pants and peach cardi (both from Maurice's) and a with tank from AE. I don't leave the house without my wrist bling either :)

My boyfriend and I went to the Indians game with a huge group of friends over the holiday weekend. We had perfect weather and a wonderful time to celebrate a dear friends birthday!

Yes, I know this is not fashion (those gloves are stylish though!) This was a great social experiment I did with the fourth grade. Step one: squirt some paint on the black paper. Step two: play with it, how does it feel? (cold). Step three: put it back in the bottle. Make the paper black again! The looks and responses I got were priceless. I then explained; first, we say things that hurt our friends. then they feel "cold" towards you. That is when you apologize. Although our friends forgive us, we can never take back what we said.

Be A Blessing!
